Frustrated.......

Haizzz....... do you get frustrated with yourself smetimes? I wanted to concentrate on studying but i will just back out the last minute. Most of the times i would be doing my homework the last minute. I wanted to concentrate but i usually get distracted very easily. If you dont mind could you write in the cbox how do you concentrate on studying. If you did a big THANK YOU hope it will help me :)
